Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to drive the implementation and optimization of our Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful projects and drive HR transformation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Computer Science/Information Technology.
* SAP SF Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
* Minimum 5-7 years' experience in development, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding modules.
Successful candidates will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
