Job Title: IT Security Manager
We are seeking a seasoned IT Security Manager to join our team in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and OT cybersecurity, with experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
About the Role:
* Cybersecurity Leadership:
o Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that align with business goals and international standards.
o Manage and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals, provide guidance on budgeting and project management, and foster a strong security culture.
* Risk Management & Incident Response:
o Identify and mitigate risks across IT and OT environments, ensuring resilience of critical assets.
o Lead incident response activities and ensure regular testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
* Technical Implementation:
o Design, implement, and manage security tools and solutions to protect critical systems and infrastructure.
o Administer security platforms and tools, including SIEM and vulnerability management.
* Compliance & Auditing:
o Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices throughout the group.
o Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, audit systems, and track key performance indicators to monitor effectiveness.
* External Coordination:
o Manage vendor and SOC relationships, and lead awareness and training initiatives.
Requirements:
* Academic Background:
o Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networks and Systems, or equivalent.
* Professional Experience:
o Consolidated experience in IT/OT cybersecurity, leadership, stakeholder management, and coordination with third-party vendors.
* Language Skills:
o Native Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.
