OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To reinforce the team of our Controlling Department, we are looking for a junior professional who could work on our facilities in Vila Nova de Famalicão.
Function description
Support the organization of Controlling Department;
Support project teams in the relationship with the accounting services.
Analyse and control daily/ monthly financial data;
Assists preparation of financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually), meeting the company deadlines;
Facilitate the analysis of the results (monthly profit/loss statement): Accuracy of data; Build files to prepare deviation analysis.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Master and professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field;
Between 1 and 2 year ofauditin Big 4 company.
A good knowledge in understanding the Balance sheet, P&L and Cash Flow statements;
Experience using SAP S/4 HANA System and other accounting programs or equivalent will be an advantage;
Advanced level of excel and query training;
Advanced level of English, written and spoken, is mandatory - German will be an advantage;
Good analytical skills;
Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.
