We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Global Solutions Consultant in our HRC IT department. This exciting position involves providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive the ongoing development, implementation, and optimization of our global HR IT landscape and its services.
Job Description
The Global Solutions Consultant will play a key role in managing the SAP SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Talent, Learning Management System, Compensation, Time Management, and Mobile platforms. This includes overseeing daily operations, performance, and reliability of these systems, as well as driving enhancements and ensuring governance.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing SuccessFactors Tenants, handling provisioning, system refreshes, tenant copies, and release management. Additionally, they will coordinate with external service providers, ensure data integration with Master Data and Integration teams, and lead projects to drive module rollouts and platform improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Academic degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors suite
* Advanced knowledge of integrated global IT landscapes and cloud solutions
* Project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
* Intercultural sensitivity, independent work method, and proficiency in English language (German language is an asset)
