Earning well in a responsible job, with room to grow and to develop within our organization.ABOUT THE ROLE:iBasis is now hiring operational analysts who will train them on various aspects of the business based on specific assignments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Audit customer invoices to verify accuracy to identify and fix any root causes of errors, raising disputes as necessaryUnderstand and implement rate uploads based on process guidelinesMaintain supplier and customer account data in the database.Research inquiries from both internal and external customers on rate variances.Work with the IT team and other technical teams on system enhancements.Manage dispute resolution process to identify if it's a rate entry issue or deal issue, analyzing sources of differences due to destinations, rates, codes and minute discrepancies and recommending credits and adjustments.
Interact with customers to find a resolution.ABOUT YOU:Excellent and proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to determine appropriate decisions and actionsConfident personality with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational, written and verbal skillsEye for detail with an ability to quickly comprehend technical concepts and incorporate them into analysisOne or more years of experience performing in an analyst capacity within Finance or Business OperationsBSc/BA degree with a business, finance or analytical background, or equivalent experience within the telecommunications industryVery strong working knowledge of MS ExcelWHAT WE OFFER:Full-time employment with flexible work hours and hybrid work model.Benefit from 25 days of annual leave.
