As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production planning across multiple lines, optimizing workflow and maintaining stock integrity. This role is key to aligning production capacity with market demand, coordinating with internal teams and external copackers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and optimize production based on stock levels, coverage, and sales forecasts.
* Manage and sequence production lines considering capacity, quality requirements, and constraints (e.g. allergens, cleaning).
* Minimize downtime through efficient changeover planning.
* Align production, quality, and sales teams to ensure stock integrity and on-time delivery.
* Coordinate with external copackers to synchronize timelines and capacities.
* Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
* Implement continuous improvements to planning processes for greater efficiency.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar.
* 2–5 years of experience in production planning or related fields (ideally in manufacturing).
* Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and translate them into actions.
* Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Solution-oriented mindset, adaptable to fast changes and challenges.
* Continuous improvement focus, aiming to optimize processes and reduce waste.
* Intermediate level of English (required
