Your New Company
You will be joining a prominent organisation in the global transport and logistics sector. Your New Role
As an SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central/Reporting expert, you will be the primary point of contact for the business. Your responsibilities will include creating, optimising, and enhancing interfaces, as well as resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for connecting IT systems, conducting root-cause analysis, and collaborate with a strong IT team to find effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage application databases (duplicate cleaning, data corrections, case-by-case analysis, etc.)
Collect and process user feedback on the application
Produce and analyse application usage indicators
Propose improvements to optimise application usage
Create manuals and other support materials for application use
Suggest measures to increase application usage
What You'll Need to Succeed
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
Methodical, organised, and good at interacting with others.
