Your mission, roles, and responsibilities:
* Develop PUR foam products in accordance with Design Rules and Customer planning.
* Coordinate CAD designers' work: input data delivery and output checks.
* Communicate externally (Complete Seat/OEM) and internally (program team/production plant).
* Create project documentation according to Forvia and OEM requirements (PMS, KDM, Tiger, CSR) for project budgets.
* Knowledge capitalization (LL, IKnow).
Your profile and competencies to succeed:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (foaming process experience is an advantage).
* French or German language skills are a plus.
* Ability to work in a matrix organization.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of Catia software.
