Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate and train staff on company values and standards
* Ensure exceptional customer service
* Implement strategies to increase customer engagement
* Manage and optimize inventory, supervise stocktaking, and place orders
* Monitor daily sales and store traffic
* Lead and organize team duties
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year retail management experience
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Organized and able to multi-task
* Able to work minimum 45 hours per week
