TP-LINK Portugal is seeking to recruit B2B Marketing Manager to help deliver the company's growth targets in the Enterprise Business Unit. As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space TP-LINK Portugal is looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the team and bring new sales opportunities to the Enterprise business unit. This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.
The individual must have a solid background of Enterprise Market with In-depth Knowledge of Product Marketing, he/she will work within the TP-Link B2B team to drive growth through VAD, SI and Distribution channels.
Responsibilities
• Channel & Partner Marketing: Develop and execute annual marketing plans with local distributors and channel partners. Manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and partner training events. Oversee Market Development Fund (MDF) planning, execution, and ROI analysis.
• Trade Shows & Industry Events: Plan and manage TP-Link's participation in Portugal industry exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows. Handle pre-event promotion, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• B2B Key Account Marketing: Work closely with the key account sales team to design tailored marketing programs for telecom operators, system integrators, and enterprise clients. Produce targeted marketing materials such as case studies, and success stories. Build partnerships with industry associations and vertical market media.
• Digital & Content Marketing: Manage the Portuguese digital marketing channels, including the local website, social media, and industry portals. Create localized content like promotion articles and local success stories.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in channel marketing and event management
Professional experience in the IT or networking industry is an advantage
Strong project management and content creation skills
Fluent English (business proficiency)
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips within Portugal
