The MDM Analyst role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Master Data that is required for finance processes and is leveraged by cross-functional teams under RTR, PTP, OTC, FPA, FPR.
The role requires working closely with both Finance process users and everyday system users to create and maintain data at the expected service and quality levels. This role interacts with a wide range of internal stakeholders including other internal and external finance & non-finance teams, senior accountants, and local business finance leads. The role will support the business by understanding and implementing improvements, will assist standardization efforts, while moving towards to standard Manpower Group processes and procedures, supporting MDM Supervisors on improvements. Additionally, the MDM Analyst will work collaboratively with internal and cross-functional Manpower Group teams at various levels to fulfill responsibilities. This role requires strong understanding of Master Data Management processes.
Core Responsabilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day Financial Planning, Accounting, Customer, Supplier & Vendor Master Data.
- Collate and action requests for data creation and maintenance.
- Maintain chart of accounts (including GL, cost centers and entities), other accounting master data objects, customer records and contracts data.
- Apply subject matter knowledge to improve Master Data Management processes including, but not limited to, maintenance of chart of accounts, setting up new customers in system, enabling customers and vendors on invoicing and procurement portals.
- Perform Master Data tasks with accuracy and completeness, for example, to always enter and maintain complete and comprehensive details in the systems.
- Continually own and maintain required standard data documentation.
- Apply a degree of independent decision-making in dealing with complex business and/or technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functionals teams across various levels including the BPO.
- Establish stable working relationships within Master Data team and with other departments/team members to ensure smooth ways of working and delivery of Master Data activities.
- Anticipate data needs of other teams and proactively seek to respond / create solutions in advance of requests.
- Collaborate with Finance process owners to adapt best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with IT and Data & Analytics teams on data structures and data strategy.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to provide required data points.
- Ensure data compliance & integrity.
- Complete all required training and adhere to company compliance policies & procedures.
- Abide by data quality audits, policies, controls, documentation of controls and procedures for good organizational data health.
- Create reports and provide inputs for frequent and accurate reporting on data input, cleansing and maintenance activity to accurately monitor implementation of Master Data maintenance strategy and compliance with company policies and regulation.
- Run reports to assess data quality and contribute to any testing & development in support of data quality improvement initiatives.
- Validate data integrity during any data transformation and loading activities.
- Analyze and monitor business processes that create erroneous data to support remediation of issues.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with Oracle or other industry-leading ERP a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Hability to work between 2pm-11pm.
