Job Description
- Provide telephone-based customer care to generate leads.
- Conduct research to update and maintain the customer database with sales-relevant information.
- Carry out regular customer satisfaction surveys.

- Manage contract extensions within the service area.
- Share product information and send event invitations.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent Italian language skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good IT Skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong Service Orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
- A high level of self-motivation.
