We are currently seeking a
Quality Assurance Lead
to join our growing delivery team in Porto, Portugal.

What You'll Be Doing
Participate as Test Lead in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Retail solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in Retailers;
Design test plans considering E2E business process standpoint;
Define Test Strategy and Approach for multi-release programs to guarantee software testing of the overall solution;
Coordinate Entry Criteria, Daily Report, Readiness for Test Phase start, Stakeholders readiness, Issues statuses, and Go/No Go Meeting for each test phase under your responsibility;
Manage System, System Integration, End-to-End, and/or User Acceptance test phases according to project plan, managing internal and customer/external teams to attend the test plan defined;
Report weekly status for test phases progress to internal and customer leadership, participate in key decision meetings as QA representative;
Coordinate internal testers to write test cases, follow up on test plan execution, and address blockers or discussions with the implementation team;
Work on internal initiatives to bring best practices to QA methodology and support/guide other team members;
What We Are Looking For
+5 years of experience working with IT Quality Assurance activities such as Test planning, Test execution, and Test Management:
System Tests;
System Integration Tests;
End-to-End Tests;
User Acceptance Tests;
Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
Proficiency in English is mandatory;
What Would Be a Plus
Knowledge in SQL (for database validations);
Experience in automation tools and techniques;
Experience in Oracle Retail suite;
Certifications in Quality Assurance;
Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
