What you need to be successful:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Energy specialization/branch:
* Knowledge of electrical power systems - generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption.
* Knowledge of renewable energy systems.
* Knowledge of modeling and simulation of electrical power networks (Power Flow, Load Allocation, State Estimation, Demand-Side Management, Fault Location).
* Knowledge of simulation software - Matlab / Simscape Electrical / Simulink simulation.
* Good programming skills in C/C++.
* Knowledge of version control software (SVN/GIT).
* Basic knowledge of Linux (optional).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take part in the following challenges:
* Design, develop, and implement software for energy management systems - Power Flow, Load Allocation, State Estimation, Demand-Side Management, Fault Location.
* Collaborate in a multidisciplinary manner with partners in an innovation ecosystem to create efficient and reliable software solutions for critical systems.
* Perform requirements analysis, identify gaps, and propose innovative technical solutions to complex problems.
* Participate in the full software development cycle, from conception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
