IT Operations and Support Specialist
This role acts as a central coordination point for the progression of third-party processes, ensuring smooth execution and effective implementation of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with stakeholders to address pending actions or lack of engagement.
* Drive accountability, maintain momentum, and uphold operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle.
* Escalate and follow up on progress and resolution.
Requirements:
* Experience in Linux and Windows.
* Knowledge of SQL databases.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Good level of English (B2).
