Kelly, in its Sales & Office division, is currently working with a prestigious client in the technology & energy sector who is seeking a Administrative Office Manager to join their team in Coimbra.
Our client is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assist in day-to-day operations, manage general administrative activities, maintain office equipment and facilities, and ensure smooth office procedures.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Driver’s license is required
Nice to have
* Experience with ERP Systems (PHC)
* Previous experience in office administration
* Experience with executive travel planning

Your typical day will include:
* Administrative tasks, greeting and directing visitors, routing phone calls
* Booking business trips (flights, hotels, transport, cars, restaurants)
* Organizing organizational events (meetings, team building, etc.)
* Office organization, including shopping for supplies
* Assisting with onboarding new team members
* Organizing visits from clients, partners, and auditors
* Supporting HR and Financial departments with administrative tasks
* Maintaining and improving workspace conditions
