What You'll Do:
We are looking for a High Touch Operations Manager to work closely with critical clients such as public sector and financial services organizations, ensuring premium-level service. You will act as the liaison between the client and technical support teams, tracking all processes and driving improvements to ensure excellence at every stage.
Responsibilities:
- Write processes and procedures for customized support services
- Ensure accurate delivery and sales of product and service solutions
- Identify needs and assist with customer training creation
- Drive improvements in client and company internal operations
- Understand the client's internal business functions and culture
- Manage client-facing projects and internal service improvements
- Serve as the single point of contact for operational issues
- Coordinate technical issues and client needs
- Represent client needs to post-sales support teams
- Travel quarterly to client sites to present operational updates, satisfaction, and gap analysis
- Provide updates on urgent or escalated issues
- Coordinate and lead weekly conference calls to report status to clients
- Create and present quarterly reports analyzing client support needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in customer support, project management, or related business roles
- Strong project management, influencing, negotiation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrix teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of internal business functions, sales cycles, and solutions
- Knowledge of market trends and reporting software
- Networking knowledge and certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNA)
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification is an advantage
