Purpose and Objectives
* We require a skilled consultant to develop business process documents, oversee implementation, create test cases, schedule and execute tests, provide key user training, offer go-live support, and post-go-live support.
* Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for detailed planning of process implementation and conducting feasibility studies and solution reviews in escalated projects.
* Ensuring the quality of process models is crucial for success in this role.
Expectations and Tasks
* The ideal candidate will have occasional responsibility as a sub-project team leader or team lead, supporting line managers in people development.
* Developing detailed blueprints for development requirements and implementing industry/corporate processes across applications (SAP/non-SAP) are also key responsibilities.
* Implementing process improvements, developing and assuring quality of process models, and leading workshops and teams are essential tasks.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and experience leading teams.
A university degree or equivalent work experience and fluency in English are necessary qualifications.
