We are looking for a IT Project Manager
Main Tasks
Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT projects/programs ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
Define project frameworks, methodologies, and evaluation parameters aligned with organizational standards
Plan project activities, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress
Act as interface between development teams (facing delivery challenges) and production teams (focused on service quality and automation)
Support the deployment of applications from CI/CD pipelines into production with an industrialized approach
Conduct quality assurance, verify deliverables, and ensure compliance with requirements throughout the lifecycle
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
Communicate project status regularly to senior management, sponsors, and stakeholders
Develop policies, standards, and processes for project management and contribute to long-term planning
Coordinate multi-platform resources and stakeholders across different teams and geographies
Your Profile & Skills
Experienced IT Project Manager with proven track record in complex, cross-functional projects
Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Linux, AIX, Oracle, and scripting
Familiar with Schedulers and monitoring tools ( Zabbix, Newtest, Ekara, ELK )
Expertise in Business Intelligence (BO XI, Cognos, ETL tools like Semarchy)
Experience in flow management (CFT, Sentinel)
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (XLD, XLR, Terraform, Jenkins)
Knowledge of middleware technologies (Openshift, Apache, Tomcat)
Strong grasp of ITIL processes and service continuity management
Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, ensuring alignment between dev and production teams
Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and reporting at senior levels
Analytical mindset with capacity to identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement
Agile/Lean orientation with focus on innovation and strategic impact
