Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Salesforce, including user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, workflows, and automation tools to support evolving business requirements.Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics to support decision-making and operational insights.Ensure data integrity through routine audits, data cleansing, and validation processes.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce Support or internal IT teams to resolve technical problems.Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing end-user support to ensure effective adoption and best-practice usage.Participate in Salesforce releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to leverage new platform capabilities.Support system integrations with connected platforms such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.QualificationsHands-on experience with Salesforce Administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds).
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
Experience with reports, dashboards, and data analytics.Solid understanding of CRM processes and data governance.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
