IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, this role will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to end-users, both locally and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT issues in a timely and efficient manner;
* Proactively monitor and follow up on registered tickets to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance;
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and changes using logging tools;
* Foster effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues;
* Advanced user-level experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems;
* Proficiency in Office 365 applications and remote access tools;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Availability for on-site work in Braga.
