Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business across the hotel's key segments. Your role involves identifying new revenue opportunities, managing key client accounts, and ensuring alignment with the hotel's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily activities, plan and distribute tasks while ensuring full team coverage at all times;
• Develop and enhance team performance through coaching and feedback, setting development and performance goals for team members, and recognizing strong performance;
• Train team members to ensure compliance, meet standards, and have the necessary tools to work efficiently;
