What we're looking for ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain data-processing scripts mainly using C# and SQL, with occasional use of Python.Translate business requirements from the data officer into technical specifications and implement them.Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.Analyze and document existing scripts, including reverse engineering legacy code to understand business logic.Maintain and improve existing VBA scripts used for internal automation.Provide support for the Abacus platform, including user access management and troubleshooting performance issues.Assist users in understanding data flows and support the creation of data-flow diagrams.Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of existing solutions.Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure data consistency and quality.Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.RequirementsExperience with C# development and SQL (preferably MS SQL).Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.Experience translating functional requirements into technical solutions.Ability to read, understand, and document existing codebases, including legacy systems.Basic knowledge of Python.Experience with Power BI (reporting and dashboards).Experience with VBA scripting is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business teams.Familiarity with data concepts (data flows, data management, etc.).Core Values#Affinity – Creating close and empathetic relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates (and not just with technologies, languages and platforms).
