The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.DescriçãoProvide day-to-day assistance to global and local HR teams, resolving system-related issues efficiently.Maintain and enhance data quality across HR systems by analysing, and monitoring KPIs and reports.Guide HR teams in data management, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.Foster collaboration within the HR systems user community.Understand business needs and propose effective HR system solutions to meet them.Analyze user requests and develop actionable plans, engaging stakeholders in design, testing, and validation phases.Support the optimization of HR processes, including recruitment, job requisitions, performance management, training administration, talent management, and compensation campaigns.Reports to improve process efficiency and monitor data quality.Identify opportunities to enhance HR system usability, simplify workflows, and improve practices.Collaborate with HR, IT, and corporate stakeholders to standardize processes and improve system workflows.Design, develop, and deliver Workday training for HR teams, managers, and end-users across countries and regions.Conduct live virtual training sessions, create instructional materials, and maintain documentation such as user guides, job aids, and FAQs.Provide training and support on additional HR systems as required.Partner with HR leadership to identify training needs and propose solutions that increase adoption, efficiency, and user confidence.Gather feedback from participants to continuously refine training content and delivery methods.Develop and deliver training materials for HR system users and facilitate learning sessions;Perfil ideal2-5 years of experience in HR system project implementation, system administration, and ongoing management.Knowledge of HRIS toolsExperience with WorkdayHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a dynamic approach to work;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating initiative, active listening, collaboration, and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global and regional teamsFluent in Englishand in Spanish.
