We are seeking a Digital Growth Marketer with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication with proven expertise in: A minimum of two digital marketing channels Creating effective copy for marketing campaigns Creating, setting up and optimizing paid and social campaigns to hit goals Setting up realistic monthly goals, tracking results and creating monthly reports The GOALS for this position is to: Ensure Qualified Candidates who come to the site, sign up and create a free profiles Get Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis Increase re-engagement on the site Improve stickiness on-site to bring back visitors Required Skills: 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise Excellent English speaking and writing skills Hands-on Expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.) Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met Oyster Link offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities AND profit sharing.
