The team and this role refer to Head of Clinical and Pharmaceutical Development Quality Assurance, located in Copenhagen Denmark
Your day at Ferring- Tasks where you are accountable
In this role you will be responsible for Audit Management regarding Clinical Service Providers, Investigator sites and GCP/Clinical Processes.
Besides you will be responsible for Regulatory Inspection and Compliance Management:
Your primary tasks will be
Plan, perform, report, and close audits per the Global Audit Plan;
peer-review auditreports and support GCP risk assessments.
Ensure inspection readiness and participate in health authority inspections at Ferring sites and clinical investigator sites, including preparation and follow-up.
Identify and report compliance gaps and critical observations;
interface with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
Review quality records (e.G., TrackWise) and author/review local and global SOPs related to clinical and QA activities.
Drive quality improvement projects and contribute to Quality Review Board reporting.
Minimum 35 % global travel activities - primarily in Europe.
Beside you will:
Support harmonization of quality systems and training for GCP auditors.
Monitor regulations and benchmark to ensure audits meet current standards.
Promote Quality Management principles across the organization.

We expect that you bring Solid experience and understanding of clinical trial management processes and GCP/GVP regulated activities from the pharmaceutical industry.
The skills you need to have:
Experience within quality processes and/or as a subject matter expert within clinical and pharmacovigilance regulated processes
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to identify business issues/opportunities
Strong knowledge of business regulations
Previous experience working in a global pharmaceutical company is a plus

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and at least one of Nordic languages.
Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and regions.
Skills in managing complexity, driving results, and leading teams through change.
