You will be responsible to:
- Lead the implementation of the corporate sustainability project, aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce natural resource consumption and minimize environmental impacts;
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable initiatives in all areas of SC site;
- Conduct feasibility analyses and evaluate the implementation of clean technologies and innovative practices related to sustainability;
- Monitor and measure the company's environmental performance, setting targets and key performance indicators;
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and sustainability standards;
- Communicate and promote sustainability efforts internally, engaging employees and encouraging active participation;
- Stay current on trends, best practices and technological advances in sustainability and environment;
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
- Academic background in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related areas;
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in developing sustainability projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Proven experience in project leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams;
- Sound knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards;
- Critical analysis skills and abilities to evaluate and implement sustainable solutions;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders;
