We are looking for a talented English Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions, as well as measuring the efficiency of each training process and improving metrics.

As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknessesTranslate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career pathBuild annual training program and prepare teaching plansDevelop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manualsDirect structured learning experiences and monitor their quality resultsAcclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessionsDeliver training coursesAssess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behaviorPeriodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changesStay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee developmentAlignment with the Client training program and company proceduresTakes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client Health, Safety, and Security responsibilitiesTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Native or Proficient level of English (mandatory)Advanced level of Spanish or German (mandatory)Good organization/time management skillsAbility to work with a variety of people from diverse backgroundsAbility to make fair and consistent judgments and decisionsAbility to solve problems and offer suggestionsAbility to influence behaviorAbility to adhere to all organizational policies and proceduresAbility to give constructive feedback to the agents which leads to performance improvementMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalBe a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, PortugalAvailability to work from our site in Sete Rios Lisbon (mandatory)Availability to work schedules between 9 AM- 9 PM (mandatory)Education and experience.Minimum of 6 months working in BPO production or comparable customer serviceShould be at least one certified/finalized professional educationPrevious teaching or coaching/training experience would be an advantageWe believe in memorable associate experiences.
