This mid-level media buyer role is for someone who is efficient, independent, and ready to execute from day one. We're looking for someone who already understands that paid media in **** is creative-led and data-driven. You will work under the Senior Media Buyer managing active Meta campaigns across DYF's 130+ venues. You don't just push buttons; you translate data and metrics into actionable learnings that continuously improve business performance and profitability. You proactively spot patterns in the data, and you ask sharp questions when something looks off. Key Responsibilities Daily campaign management across Meta — setup, optimisation, and budget pacing Performance monitoring — flagging anomalies, venue-level underperformance, and creative fatigue without being asked Budget allocation and scaling under senior direction, with documented reasoning Integrated team collaboration — daily work with the Creative AI Director, Copywriter, and Data Scientist Clean campaign structure with documented optimisation decisions Who You Are 1–3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience — you've managed live campaigns, not just assisted Direct response performance marketing experience — you understand hooks, angles, CTR, Thumb Stop Rate, and full-funnel performance dynamics Data-driven decisioning — comfortable with analytics, spreadsheets, and CRM data Creative strategy — you understand what makes an ad work, not just how to set one up Self-directed — you take proactive steps to move projects and tasks forward Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely Available to start immediately What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Campaigns live, structured, and actively optimising within the first two weeks Daily checks happening independently Budget pacing clean, documented, and reported weekly Optimisation decisions made with data Operating as a reliable, self-sufficient member of the integrated performance team #J-*****-Ljbffr
