- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth and profitability.

Perfil ideal
- Experience: The ideal resource should have experience working in a software company. A minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within IT services is required.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, particularly in AI/Machine Learning, Laravel, and eCommerce.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to engage potential clients, articulate solutions, and close deals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
