Identify and assess new market opportunities, competition and product development resources.Gather information on availability, pricing, orders status from suppliers.Attend trade shows to evaluate products and trends.Communicate sourcing opportunities to buyers for evaluation and potential purchase.Coordinate buyer trips, scheduling manufacturer visits, and accompany buyers to facilitate the selection and negotiation process.Monitor orders, providing instructions on manufacturing, preparation, and shipment.
Notify management of any potential issues affecting timelines.Obtain and manage reference samples for approval or review by the buyer or product development team.Conduct final quality control checks before shipping, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Report issues and suggest solutions.Ensure that new vendors and factories meet TJX standards for Social Compliance and Cargo Security.Job Requirements:High level of understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.What's In It For You?
