Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical assistance to users by responding to help requests, identifying issues and offering effective solutions for resolving hardware, software and network problems.
* Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment including computers, printers, servers and other devices to ensure their proper functioning and extend their lifespan.
* Install or update operating systems and applications to ensure compatibility and optimize system performance.
* Manage the inventory of IT consumables.
* Oversee the mobile phone fleet.
Education and Experience:
* Hold a Technological Specialization Course and/or Degree in Computer Science.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Key Skills:
* Demonstrate knowledge of IT Security and Communications principles.
* Familiarity with Company Management Software – PHC (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems, with configuration expertise.
