The Opportunity: Service and SolutionsThis role is centered on providing high-quality, front-line customer support. You will be the crucial link between the company and our policyholders, utilizing various communication channels (phone, email) to address a spectrum of client needs. This includes resolving inquiries about existing policies, assisting with billing and claims status, and clarifying contractual details. Your success will be measured by your ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your Daily ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound communications from our Dutch-speaking customers, providing polite and accurate information. Systematically identify, investigate, and resolve customer service issues, escalating complex or technical concerns when necessary. Clearly explain insurance terms, conditions, and procedures to ensure customer understanding. Meticulously log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into our internal database. Ensure full compliance with company standards and industry regulations in every interaction. Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for service process improvements. Essential Qualifications (Mandatory)Language Skills:Complete fluency inDutch(written and spoken) is a requirement. Advanced proficiency inEnglish(C1 level) is also mandatory for internal communication and training. Availability:Must be able to commence work onJanuary 8th, 2026. Documentation:Candidates must possess current legal authorization to work in Portugal. This includes holding eitherEU Citizenship, aResidency Cardvalid for more than one year, or aRefugee Card. Prior Experience (A Plus, Not Required)Experience in customer service, call centers, or other client-facing roles is beneficial. Familiarity with the insurance, financial services, or other heavily regulated industries. Work Environment and ScheduleLocation:Lisbon, Portugal. Work Schedule:Monday through Friday. Rest Days:You are guaranteed weekends off. Operational Hours:Shift rotation takes place between07:30 AM and 08:00 PM. Your specific schedule will fall within this window.
