We are currently looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Consultant to join a long-term international project with a leading multinational company in the energy sector.
This role is highly focused on business interaction and solution design, acting as the bridge between marketing stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful, data-driven customer engagement solutions.
Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term project
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Design and optimize Marketing Journeys aligned with customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams, stakeholders, and developers.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Support solution design and implementation across customer data and campaign management initiatives.
