About This Role
This is an opportunity for a passionate and creative individual to make a significant impact on student life as the Extracurricular Activities Officer at St. Peter's.
You will report to and work with the Head of Extracurricular activities who is an academic leader part of the Leadership Team of the school.
Main Responsibilities
* Program Development & Management: Develop a diverse selection of extracurricular activities aligned with Inspired standards, including sports, outdoor pursuits, music programs, eco-initiatives, and mental health & wellbeing initiatives.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with staff and students to identify new activity ideas and interests. Recruit and manage qualified instructors for extracurricular programs.
* Communication & Marketing: Effectively communicate with students, parents, staff, and external partners about the extracurricular program. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote activities and encourage participation.
* Logistics & Administration: Manage the annual extracurricular budget. Oversee risk assessments and safety protocols for all activities.

* Proven experience in program development, management, and marketing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Strong organisational, time management, and budgeting skills.
* Proactive, resourceful, and with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English, and confident with the use of ICT tools.
