Responsibilities
* Ensure consistent, high-quality payroll services delivered by BPO partners within agreed KPIs and service levels.
* Drive process improvements, leveraging automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage escalations, lead incident resolution, and oversee root cause analysis and remediation plans.
* Promote best practices and harmonized payroll processes across regions, elevating global standards.
* Support operational change management, including contract amendments and service adjustments, while ensuring compliance with policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
* Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, IT, and external providers to achieve alignment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 10+ years of international experience in HR, HR Operations, Payroll, Service Delivery, or BPO/vendor management.
* Proven track record managing payroll BPOs and service delivery models.
* Strong expertise in payroll end-to-end processes and time & attendance.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with performance metrics and root cause analysis.
* Demonstrated success in process improvement and enhancing service delivery.
* Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills in a multinational environment.
* Self-starter with resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead through influence.
* Proficiency in business English; experience with Workday, ServiceNow, payroll interfaces, or Power BI is an advantage.
