We would like to meet a
Business Analyst (LMS / Cornerstone OnDemand)
for a project with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
Support the Product Owner in the management and evolution of the Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) LMS module
Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, release analysis, and impact assessments
Take ownership of complex (L3) tickets, ensuring proper analysis and resolution
Manage small projects, non-standard requests, and feature analysis initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner across the full product lifecycle
Support the implementation of a new governance model with entities and Group stakeholders
Contribute to and/or lead CSOD-related improvement initiatives
Identify recurring training needs for local administrators and deliver training sessions or refreshers
Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) LMS module
Experience in Business Analysis within digital products or LMS environments
Strong understanding of BAU processes, release management, and impact analysis
Experience handling L3 support tickets and complex issue resolution
Ability to manage small projects and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of governance models and process improvement is a plus
CSOD LMS and/or Core certifications are a plus
Fluent in English (mandatory)
