We seek a seasoned professional to join our team in identifying and mitigating security-related risks, ensuring seamless continuity of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify security threats and collaborate on the implementation of mitigation strategies;
* Develop and refine internal policies and procedural documentation within the scope of Global Security, ensuring compliance and application;
* Promote employee training and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of security and risk management across the organization;
* Drive reporting and dashboard development to support governance and contribute actively to internal committees;
* Support the development and validation of contingency strategies, participating in continuity drills and assessment processes;
* Oversee physical security setup to ensure alignment with current risk levels and guidelines;
* Provide expert advice and guidance in implementing safety measures for personnel and facility protection.
Requirements:
* University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Audit, or a related field;
* 1-3 years of professional experience in Internal Control or Risk Management;
* Fluent English language skills;
* Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
* Ability to work within established procedures and methodologies;
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
* Effective time management, prioritization, and independent working skills;
* Comfortable working in diverse multicultural environments;
* Motivated to take on varied tasks and adaptable in dynamic settings.
