As a Process Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* BWS calculations for all products CWS (Direct labor) calculations for current products on a weekly basis
* Reporting in the daily accountability meeting the previous day's labor performance of each product
* Leading the weekly levelling meeting
* Leading the interface with MP&L regarding production volumes variations
* Performing and reporting the five-year Manning Business Plan
* Defining and developing line processes for each position
* Continuous analysis of product processes for every operation to improve line balance and production productivity
* Responsible for maintaining process documentation
* Developing training plans for new employees
* Ensuring the accomplishment of the Mfg. Specialist (operators) rotation plans
* Developing changeover procedures
* Developing processes to control overhead costs at cell level
* Ensuring the accomplishment of the 5S's within the area
* Future products/new design levels implementation
* Participation in the Daily Start-up/accountability meeting when a process issue corrective action needs to be reported
* Participation in the ECN's and Builds meetings
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in Manufacturing or Engineering disciplines
* Excellent analytical skills
* IT literate
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience gained within a dynamic industry environment, preferably within the electronics industry
* Effective communication skills at all levels
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
