Role Overview
As a Data Integration Expert, you will be the primary technical contact for our customers during setup and beyond. Your main responsibility is to ensure successful integration of Agicap with all relevant data sources, working with a diverse range of companies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, lead project discussions, and track progress.
- Advise customers on optimal technical setups for data integration.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to align technical setup with product training.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, communicating feedback to improve our software.
- Develop expertise in specific technical areas to facilitate knowledge sharing internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Initial professional experience in technically-oriented roles or roles involving significant customer interaction (e.G., customer success, IT project management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to customers.
- Structured, pragmatic work approach.
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or IT training.
- Curious, organized, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
