Expert Consultant for Critical Raw Materials Policy
This is a unique opportunity to join our pool of consultants who will provide expertise in the field of Critical Raw Materials (CRM) policy. As a CRM Policy Expert, you will be working on designing, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating structural reforms in EU Member States.
The role requires extensive knowledge of CRM and its alignment with European policies. You will need to analyse existing national policies, identify gaps or enhancements needed for CRMA alignment, propose alternative policy measures and institutional reforms to support local CRM production, processing, and recycling. Additionally, you will draft recommendations on changes to the legislative and administrative framework for CRMA implementation.
You will also advise on EU-level CRM strategy coherence and resilience-building measures. Your excellent analytical and policy drafting skills will be essential in this role.
* Analyse existing national policies relevant to CRM and identify gaps or enhancements needed for CRMA alignment.

* Advise on EU-level CRM strategy coherence and resilience-building measures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Master's degree in public policy, EU law, geology, mining policy, or related field.
* At least 8 years' experience in raw materials governance, critical mineral strategy, or EU industrial policy.
* Familiarity with the CRMA and related Green Deal, Circular Economy, and resilience policy frameworks.
* Excellent analytical and policy drafting skills.
