Job Title:
Public Associations Liaison Officer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting public associations, providing consultancy and training services, and identifying opportunities for optimization. The role requires strong communication skills, a native level of Hebrew, and fluency in English (at least B2-C1). Previous experience in Customer Service is also necessary.
Responsibilities and Impact
* Support public associations with their social media needs
* Provide consultancy and training services to clients on products and financial or operational questions
* Identify opportunities for general optimization and suggest improvements
* Use tools such as Salesforce and Excel to streamline processes
* Ensure effective communication between clients and different departments or the company
Skills and Qualifications Required
* Native level of Hebrew and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1)
* Previous experience in Customer Service
* Excellent communication skills
* Interest in the social media field
