Your Mission, Roles And ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a trainee to support our logistics team in optimizing material flows and contributing to strategic projects that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in full deployment of EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and other warehouse management tools; Assist in accelerating material flows and defining operational standards; Contribute to cost reduction and logistics efficiency initiatives (LTS – Lead Time Savings, etc.); Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports; Participate in continuous improvement projects, including warehouse layout, organization, and internal processes; Support communication and coordination with production, suppliers, and transport providers. Your profile and competencies to succeedDegree or Master's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields; Interest in industrial logistics and production processes; Basic knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems (EWM experience is a plus); Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability; Good communication, initiative, and team spirit.
