We are currently looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join our team in
Grândola
to cover a maternity leave.
This role is fully
on-site
and ideal for someone hands-on, with experience in Human Resources, who enjoys working closely with operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and operational teams
Support and advise leadership on HR policies, procedures and best practices
Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, performance, offboarding)
Support recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal policies
Handle employee relations topics, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives
Profile We Are Looking For
Proven experience as an
HR Business Partner
or in a similar HR generalist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in portuguese and english
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Experience in hospitality, retail or operational environments is a plus
