The?Key Account Manager is responsible for?recruit, train and develop new business and lead the portfolio growth of large brokers. This role is key at MetLife as the Channel is one of the main contributors of Metlife growth.

It also requires a person that feels enthusiastic and energised by the success of their Brokers, and finally it would suitable someone that really enjoys working in a face to face (f2f) environment.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor degree level
Driving licence
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
Spoken English and native Portuguese
Natural communicator who is able to articulate themselves
Having the traits and competencies needed to be good at selling such as being able to build business relationships
