As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our continued growth within a dynamic, international and continuously improving industrial environment.This role includes leading the supply chain team, supporting operational excellence and ensuring strong collaboration with production, sales, quality and finance departments.What will you be doing? On a daily basis you will manage the Purchasing, Planning and Logistics teams all of our locations; Manage the company's procurement activities and supplier relationships; Coordinate production planning and demand planning in alignment with sales forecasts and operational capacity; Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control; You will to have to translate strict requirements from different ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO13485 & ISO14001) into a workable operation in the field; Oversee warehouse operations and ensure effective material flow to support production; Define and monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives including monthly reporting directly to the Management Team; Work closely with production, quality and logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency; Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and supply chain processes; Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and implement improvement actions. PerfilBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar fields; 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning or operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment (Preferred); Previous team leadership or people management experience (Preferred); Experience managing procurement and supplier relationships; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience working with ERP systems (QAD or similar systems will be considered a plus); Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate different departments; Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; OfertaA meaningful role within a growing and international organization; Close collaboration with production, quality, sales and management teams across local and group-level operations; The opportunity to shape and improve supply chain processes within a growing international manufacturing organisation; A stable, professional and people-focused working environment.
