Job Title: Senior Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in IT, encompassing development, support, and other areas.
 * Key skills include proficiency in any programming language, APIs, XML, JSON, cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure or cloud platforms), database concepts, scripting, incident management (ServiceNow or other IT service management tools), integration, API knowledge, excellent communication and organization skills, and fluency in English.
Fluency in French is considered an asset.
