YOUR ROLEOur customs team based in Lisbon - Portugal have an exciting opportunity for a customer centric Customs Clerk where you will support with customs clearances for our air, ocean and road freight customers.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Customs Team Leader you will work across a diverse team where you will ensure all customs clearances procedures are actioned on goods entering and exiting.You will use various systems (such as Cargowise and Gidwin) to claim documents needed for the customs procedures as well as to process them, and they must be done with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to prevent any errors or oversights on documentation.This role will require regular communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, so you'll need to build and maintain first-class, long-lasting relationships with them and be on hand to support at each stage of the process.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
