The Order to Cash (O2C) Manager role involves overseeing Manpower Group's O2C function on a daily basis, supporting the execution of related subprocesses.
This position will be responsible for managing the adoption of process designs and driving the Global Business Services (GBS) towards standardized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as functional manager of the O2C team.
* Ensure compliance with Credit and Collection Policy through regular monitoring of customer accounts.
* Manage billing, collection activities, and resolution of customer disputes in a timely and accurate manner.
* Partner with MPG business teams to identify and assess process gaps that negatively impact customer experience, timeliness, or quality of provided services.
* Support managing escalation and exception processes within the GBS team.
The successful candidate will have experience leading medium to large international O2C teams, with a strong understanding of O2C leading practices and expertise in the mechanics within the O2C process stream. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional Manpower Group teams, including key stakeholders at all levels within Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, and other internal departments.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to visualize and articulate complex business and technical requirements.
In addition, they will work closely with the O2C Team to develop and implement standard O2C processes, measurable improvements across the region, and ensure achievement of customer service requirements as defined by formal Service Partnership Agreements and Customer Satisfaction surveys.
