Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Service Delivery
Proven experience managing IT services in enterprise environments
Strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
Experience managing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs
Good understanding of Workplace / End User Infrastructure, including:
- Corporate laptops and devices
- Managed devices environments
Experience working in global / international organizations
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
